Check in time on day of arrival - not before 2 pm (14.00)

Check out time on day of departure - no later than 11:30 am.
Please note: If you have a late flight departure on day of check out, you will only be allowed to delay your check out time until 2 pm provided the room is not already booked. A late fee of 50 TT per hour will apply. If you require occupancy of the room later than 2 pm, this will be charged as an extra night depending on availability.

To confirm a reservation - a credit card number with valid expiry date is required.

Cancellations - must be made at the very least, 2 weeks before the due arrival date of your confirmed booking (This does not apply for bookings made during peak season periods where 4 weeks notice is required
Please note: For any late cancellations (i.e within 2 weeks of the confirmed arrival date), a charge of one night's stay will apply.
